We can ship Aircargo from Ottawa airport to the nearest major airport near you. Special thermal packaging charge apply. Driving to and fro to the airport charges may also apply. Ask for details.

Insurance

It is impossible to insure live bees.
Canada Post, Dicom and Aircargo do not accept any responsibility for live bees shipment.

Refund and Replacement Conditions

All sales orders are final. No refund on cancellation of order, unless we can resell your order to another customer.
If we delay the order 30 days over the due date, or if we cannot ship at all, we will refund your deposit if you cancel your order.
If the order was lost by the carrier or arrives later than the guaranty stated by the carrier, we will refund the cost of shipping, only if the carrier agrees to reimburse us.
We will replace queens lost, damaged or killed during shipping. No refund on the value of queens. You must notify us immediately upon reception. We only replace the number of queens affected, not the entire order.
We allow only one occurrence for this claim per customer in one season.
We will ship replacement queens if you wish at a later date of our choice. You must assume the cost of the 2^nd shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse future sales to any customer who makes repetitive claims.

Government Inspection

We are inspected and licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Agricultural and Food to sell nucs and queens.
We detain a selling permit issued on a yearly basis.
A copy of this permit is available upon request. Just contact us .

Certificate and Promise of Quality

We do not offer certificates of purity for Russian Stock, as there are no official agencies qualified for this kind of certification. This kind of service would be reflected in price increase, as this service does not come cheap. We offer you our word of honour that what we offer is, to the best of our knowledge, according to accepted standards of practice in the Bee Breeding Community in North America. Honesty is the best policy and it brings forth fruits in the long term. We do not believe in shortcuts when it comes to breeding bees. We pay close attention to details from beginning to end, be it breeding or queen rearing aspect.
