discount on queen cells, open mated queens and closed mated queens, if invoice total is paid
in full at least 14 days before the scheduled shipping
or pick-up date. No discounts on shipping charges.

is no discount available on nucleis or frame of eggs from
breeder queens .

Refund and Replacement
Conditions
v All sales orders are
final. No refund on cancellation of
order, unless we can resell your order to another customer.
v
If
we delay the order 30 days over the due date, or if we cannot ship at all, we
will refund your deposit if you cancel your order.
v
If
the order was lost by the carrier or arrives later than the guaranty stated by
the carrier, we will refund the cost of shipping, only if the carrier agrees to
reimburse us.
v
Canada
Post and Aircargo do not insure live bees shipment. Canada Post sometimes lose the shipment especially when shipped
to British Columbia or Alberta. We can no longer assume any responsibility for
the loss or damage to queens, cells or nucleis during shipment, especially if
the package is delivered later than the guaranteed number of days posted on
Canada Post website.

We
will only replace queens lost, damaged or killed during shipping if Canada Post
delivers on time. No refund on the
value of queens. You must notify us immediately
upon reception. We only replace the
number of queens affected, not the entire order.
v
We
allow only one occurrence for this claim per customer in one season.
v
We
will ship replacement queens if you wish at a later date of our choice. You must assume the cost of the 2nd
shipping.
v
We
reserve the right to refuse future sales to any customer who makes repetitive
claims.

ship with the fastest and cheapest way available for your postal code.

UPS,
Canada Post & Aircargo, will not insure live insects. If they are damaged during transit, it will
not be refunded by the carrier.

If
carrier fails to deliver on time, according to their guarantee, they will
reimburse mailing charge to us, and we will pass this on to the customer after
we are paid.
