Financial Policy

The operating costs of Pilgrim Christian Missionary Society is carried on partly by the resident Community members.  They work to supply their own needs and share a common purse. Their tithes and any surplus are given for the missionary work.

The members of the local Church also contribute with their tithes and voluntary offerings.

The Lord’s people at large through voluntary offerings also fund the work.

à       We do not seek financial support through telephone or door-to-door solicitations.

à       We do not organize any professional fund-raising events.

à       We receive no governmental assistance or grant.

à       Names and addresses of contributors are kept confidential.

à       We make no long-term investments with any donations.

à       All tithes and offerings are used 100% for missionary work.

à       Nothing is kept or taken out for administrative and overhead costs.

We are a non-profit organization registered federally and provincially. We are not a charitable institution. We do not emit official receipts for tax exemption purposes.  We give receipts for bookkeeping.
